The BRETS service, Website and applications (collectively, "BRETS" or “BRETS Service” or "the Service") are operated by Bret Solutions (P) Ltd., and its corporate affiliates (collectively, "we", "us" or "the Company"). Product/Service – Brief DescriptionBRET is providing online/E-learning platform exclusively for the candidates who wish to prepare for Banking recruitment tests to bring in total solution for Bank recruitment through click model (internet based coaching called E-Learning. There will be basically two products, one for clerical test and other one for officers. This Website, www.brets.in, may be browsed for details.
Availability & EligibilityYou must be 18 years of age or above to avail services from BRETS service. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the service, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Registration and Account ProtectionTo subscribe to the Services, you will need to register on the Website, pay any applicable fees, and obtain an account and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s), and password(s) and for all activities and liabilities associated with or occurring under your account(s), and password(s). Then, you should report this instance to all your credit card issuers, as well as your local law enforcement agency. BRETS reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the subscriber in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. BRETS is not obligated to credit or discount a membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of BRETS or by the automated processes of BRETS.
Limitations to Use MaterialsAll content or other materials available on the www.brets.in Website, including but not limited to code, images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, audio and video clips, HTML files and other content are the property of BRETS and/or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under the Indian Laws. In consideration for your agreement to the terms and conditions contained here, BRETS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website. You may download material from the Website only for your own personal, non-commercial use. BRETS disclaims any responsibility or liability relating to your access or download of such User Content. Right of RefusalBRETS, its advisors and consultants may reserve the right to refuse/terminate membership in the courses and/or programs if the member is negatively impacting other students and/or the community and learning environment.
Intellectual PropertyAll content included on the www.brets.in Website and delivered to subscribers as part of the service, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BRETS. The compilation of all content on this Website is the exclusive property of BRETS, and protected by international copyright laws. Content shall not be reproduced or used without express written permission from BRETS. Payment & BillingWe reserve the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time. We will provide timely notice to the affected users of any such changes. You agree that all payment information provided by you to us is accurate, including but not limited to your credit card number, billing address, and credit card expiration date.
By acknowledging our terms of usage at the time of purchase, you have entered a legal and binding agreement with us to fully pay for the credits or course subscribed whether in a single payment or in a payment plan and the product purchased/course subscribed will be valid for a limited period of time as mentioned.
If you subscribe a course, a course that offers a payment plan spread out over a period of time, you agree to make all future payments until the product has been paid for in full.
Payment can be made using an authorized credit card / debit card or online – net transfer at the time of the transaction on our website, or by invoice. In case the card holder is charged with service charges by the issuing bank, the same has to be borne by the user / buyer / participant / customer. We take reasonable measures to ensure that our website is a secure site. Please see the terms and conditions of use of our website concerning access to it and use of the facilities on it. We take all necessary steps to ensure that any information provided by you for the purposes of payment will be kept secure. Payment can be done through cheque. The training will commence upon the clearance of the cheque. Receipts for payment are provided in electronic format.
The system will be enabled for usage by the subscriber within a period of 24 hours of receiving the payment by Brets
We follow a strict No Refund policy. Under exceptional circumstances, you can send us a mail explaining your reasons to admin@brets.in.
You acknowledge that BRETS reserves the right to charge for the BRETS Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion and to offer promotions periodically to certain group of customers and thus not available to all customers. If BRETS terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees paid by you.
Electronic CommunicationsYou agree to receive communications from BRETS in connection with your use of BRETS Services in the form of email or SMS messages, including without limitation account activity notification, service updates, and reminders. These communications will include notices about your account (e.g., shipping and receiving e-mails and other transactional information) and information concerning or related to our service, such as featured content or other announcements, or offerings. These communications are part of your relationship with BRETS and you receive them as part of the BRETS subscription. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
Right to TerminateWe reserve the right to terminate, restrict and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service or the Website or any Platform Application (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service or the Website or any Platform Application), without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever. Furthermore, you agree that all terminations shall be made in BRETS’ sole discretion and that BRETS shall not be liable to you nor any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the BRETS Service.
