An astute Banker with 25 years of varied banking experience across India, he was Asst. General Manager in Karnataka Bank and was General Manager in SVC Bank. He is one of the co-founders of the Company and takes care of operations as Executive Director of the Company.

A Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Science. He served as CEO of Avasarala Technologies Ltd. He is a Senior Management Consultant and served as visiting Faculty of Amity Business School. Mr. N.V.G.K. Bhat is Director, Strategy & Technology in BReT Solutions.

A seasoned Banker with more than 38 years of banking experience, he is the former Chairman and Managing Director of Oriental Bank of Commerce (2005-2007) and was a non-executive Director on the Board of Axis Bank Ltd (2008-2016). Presently, he is the Administrator/ Board of Advisors of specified undertakings of UTI (SUUTI) and an Independent Director of Axis Finance. He is also Independent Director on Boards of several Companies.
